Breakfast at Tiffany's - Truman Capote I definitely liked the movie better (and couldn't help picturing Audrey Hepburn throughout the novel instead of Capote's blond Holly Golightly), but the book was enjoyable as well...even if I was just kind of playing the movie over in my head. My edition also had three short stories ("House of Flowers," "A Diamond Guitar," and "A Christmas Memory") that were surprisingly good. I'm not usually a big fan of short stories, but these really drew me in with their unique characters and vivid descriptions. In Cold Blood is going to be bumped up on my to-read list.
